Position: Customer Service- Back Office Agent

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: Customer Service Team Lead

Criteria: Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience in handling Order to Cash process from Manufacturing Industry (Preferred Chemical Industry)

Key Skills:

  • Full overview and understanding of the order-to-cash (OTC) transactions.

  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence reports and MS office

  • Good communication skills within all levels of the organization

  • Relevant language skills

  • Customer orientation

  • Accountability, proactive thinking, flexibility

  • Cooperation and analytical skills to work together with CS in the countries

  • Conversant in SAP SD module

  • Able to withstand pressure

  • Excellent organization & time management skills

  • Able to make timely informed decisions

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for fulfilling all SAP and administrative tasks related to manual and electronic order entry, credit & debit note management, supporting customer and pricing master data, delivery note creation, Invoicing, and reporting. Monitoring of eShop and EDI orders. 

  • The role can be split by Order Entry Agents, Claims Agents, Domestics/Export Agents, based on countries depending on the Support Office workload and agent profiles. 

  • Execute tasks within outlined KPI.
