Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager- Sales 

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: State Head

Criteria: Any Graduate with min 3+ Years of experience in Sales & Business Development from Building Materials Industry.

  • Sales and Achievement

  • No. of conversions 

  • Profitability – Elite products 

  • Gross Revenue generated through cross functional lead conversion.

  • Funnel size 

  • No of Specification 

  • Volume specified.

  • Customer Experience - Visit of assigned specifiers

Job Purpose:

To generate Top line Sales through Projects by Influencing Architect, Specifiers, Contractors and Customers

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Include prospecting for new clients by Networking, Cold Calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients and convince the clients to do business with the company. 

  • Responsible for Institutional/ Project sales. 

  • Develop long term strategies with key Architects and Specifiers to evolve loyal Customers.

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation. 

  • Identifying & developing new streams for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve recurring/ referral business 

  • Growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. 

  • Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales augment turnover and achieve targets to ensure work in sync with the corporate laid parameters. 

  • Monitor competitor activities; update on new launches, communication & other activities and devise effective countermeasures.
