Reporting to: Director – Sales, Marketing & Program Management
Criteria: Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Sales coordination.

Job Purpose: Drive sales growth by implementing strategies, achieving targets, building customer relationships, managing forecasts, and ensuring accurate planning, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:

Implementing sales & marketing strategy

Achieving sales, profit and cash flow targets

Developing and maintaining strong high level contacts at key customers

Monthly Requirement Planning (MRP) and MIS Preparation

Daily Sales Tracking & Customer Inwarding Plan (Inward Planning Report)

Weekly Requirement Planning (WRP)

Rolling Forecast (RFOC) & Bi-Weekly Forecast Files.

ARR & Sales Provision
-
LMCA File data presentation
-
1YP & 3YP ( One Years Plan & 3 Years Plan)

ISO / TS:16949 : Sales documentation
-
Lead business growth in Non OEMs mainly & maintain reliable customer relationships

Analysis, monitoring and evaluation of markets with respect to sales potentials, competitor's activities as well as collaboration on annual sales planning

Major contact to the customer concerning commercial

Elaboration of quotations and negotiations of them with the customers in accordance with the Head Customer Accounts

Ensure delivery of product and services to achieve Customer delight
