Position: Field Service Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Sr. Manager – S&O Business

Criteria: BE in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 3+ Years of experience in services of Maritime products, good experience in CCTV installation / commissioning.

Job Purpose: 

  • Installation, commissioning & service (pre & post sales) of electrical/electronic system for the customer worldwide.

  • Extensive travel worldwide (Approx. 75-80% of time).

  • Traveling more to Asian countries like China, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia etc. For product service & support.

Other Skills: 

  • Electromechanical knowledge

  • PC & network knowledge

  • Good English in spoken and written

  • Secure handling of MS Office

  • Willingness to travel worldwide

  • Team-oriented, communicative personality with sovereign

  • Appearance, personal initiative and high customer orientation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Should have experience of servicing in the field of electrical engineering,  ship operating engineering, Automation technology.

  • Should possess knowledge of analyzing errors / faults on devices & systems on site.

  • Experience in carrying out repairs & installation including the required Configuration / Parameterization.

  • Should possess procedure knowledge of system handover to customer & inspecting authority.

  • Successfully completed technical training / study with Focus in the fields of electrical engineering, ship operating engineering, Automation technology.
