Position: Customer Service Officer
Location: Mumbai
Criteria: Any Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field with 3+ Years of experience in Customer service in similar fields.
Other Skills:

Good proficiency in English

SAP working knowledge

Situational awareness
Key Responsibilities:
-
Support Sales and Delivery Order Management tasks with back-end activities
-
Support CSO for day-to-day activities like checking product availability, order status and delivery tracking
-
Support Credit Management, Billing and Accounts Receivable Follow-up
-
SAP data entry for Non-conformance Management (NCM) system & follow-up for closure.

Inform CSO in implementation of business rules violations related to customer order management process
-
Provide order status report and monitor customers’ order placement with CSO on a periodic basis.

Support CSO on all non-core activities wherever is required.
