Position: Regional Manager-North
Location: Delhi
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Criteria: Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Sales from Dental and Pharma Industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure each HQ under his region achieves quarterly and annual value wise and product wise targets set by the Organization.

Should optimize potential customer reach by his team.

Explore and suggest new markets for business expansion.

Coordinate with team and leaders for collecting outstanding on time.

Ensure his team members do business with Ethics and not involve in activities that can damage the company's reputation in the market.

Analyze customer visits and business trends of each HQ in his region and guide his team based on his observations.

Give weekly or fortnightly feedback of his region to the National Sales Manager and HO.

Train his team on regular intervals (product training & selling skills).

Build brands with scientific communication given by the organization.

Work with the team reporting to him, and help them with the value addition in their business and career development.

Conduct weekly meetings with his team to decide action plans as and when required to monitor the sales progress and decide course of action accordingly.

Ensure implementation of the company’s marketing strategies and policies through his team members.
