Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Punjab Or Remote

Criteria: Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience of Recruitment in Pharma, OTC or FMCG 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

  • Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.

 

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage the HR recruitment process for Sales Officer, territory sales managers upto the rank of Zonal Sales Manager positions ensuring comprehensive coverage across Pan- India locations particularly in North India.

  • Oversaw diverse administrative tasks, including budgeting, document verification and salary negotiation processes, leading to a greater qualified applicant pool.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in resume screening and meticulous interview scheduling.

  • Collaborating with consultants to optimize recruitment procedures, resulting in a reduction in time-to-hire for all positions.

  • Filling over 50 positions within a designated timeline.

  • Fostering robust relationships with key stakeholders, such as Business Heads and Sales Officers, culminating in a substantial increase in the qualified applicant pool.
