Position: Operations Specialist
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: - Sr. Operation Manager
Criteria: Any Graduate with 3.5 years experience in specialized container solutions,must have hands-on experience in SAP & MS Office.
INTERNAL LIAISONS: The position requires good communication skills and teamwork with Operations Team, Customer Service and other departments.
EXTERNAL LIAISONS: The position requires excellent working relationships with stakeholders such as CHA, FTWZ team, Transporters, Depot LSP team. Should be able to communicate with customers effectively
Key Accountabilities

To handle Ops related LSP Bill Processing for all the vendors.

Coordinate with LSP’s on bill submission, LR copies Submission.

Timely submission of bills to the Finance team.

Follow up with the Finance team on payment processing.

Quarterly reconciliation of SOA with the LSP and to ensure NDC are obtained and
-
submitted to the Finance team.

Flag off entries to the Ops team on Open PO’s without Migo. Timely escalation.

All Direct Expense PO’s to be checked and verified before being sent for approval.

Handle dispatches for CMP/SR customers.
-
Handle packer return collections. (reverse logistics)
