Position: Key Accounts Executive- Ecommerce

Location:Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: Senior Manager-Ecommerce

Criteria: Any Graduate ,Overall years of experience should be at least 2-3 years of work experience across sales marketing for any ecommerce platform. 

Other Skill: 

  • FMCG experience is preferred especially in the beauty category and platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart etc.

  • Experience in e-commerce set-up will be preferred.

  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools

  • Looking for talent with - owners mindset, passion, and agility

Job Responsibility:

  • Growth Mindset – As the owner of toplines for her/his patch, the KAE must always use data and customer engagement to actively hunt for growth opportunities on the platform and must take action accordingly. Assist KAM to help with plan and deliver these top lines in sync with internal targets.

  • In Stock Excellence – The KAE is accountable for efficient online availability of the portfolio on ecommerce platforms. This requires KAE to work on demand forecast, customer ordering, fulfillment and go live with SKUs.

  • Execution Rigor – The KAE is responsible for configuration of offer and its compliance, media assets and content upload across the assortment and SKU transition management.

  • Budgeting – The KAE must have the ability to work with data comfortably to forecast and budget for optimized brand investments on the respective platforms

  • Financial Hygiene – The KAE is responsible for maintaining collection efficiency, customer claims and other financial metrics for the account

  • Negotiations and Operations – The KAE must have the ability to negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel and help supply chain teams to get appointments in time with customers during peak event times.

  • Working with collaborative teams – The role requires working closely with Marketing,

  • Demand Planning, Business Finance and Capability Teams to achieve joint ambitions for sustainable customer top-line

  • Customer Relationship – As the face of the organization, the KAE must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to build long lasting strategic relationships with the customer

  • Unlocking Capabilities – As a data rich, future fit channel, the KAE is always expected to demonstrate curiosity and drive to build capabilities to solve business problem.

  • Data Tracking and Reporting- Will be the owner of data gathering, identifying key parameters and maintaining a data trackers for timely analysis

  • Media Execution- Responsible to executing monthly marketing activations acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution
