Position :Maintenance Specialist(Instrumentation Engineer)
Location : Silvassa
Reporting to: - Maintenance Leader
Criteria:- B.E /B. Tech -Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation and with min 5+years experience in Maintenance
Other Skill : Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining field instrumentation and automation technology including PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley), VFDs (Rockwell/Siemens/ABB/Mitsubishi), sensors, PID controls, hydraulics, servo motors, and drives. Skilled in calibration, Profinet/Ethernet, SCADA/HMI, vacuum loading, and basic LT/HT breaker knowledge. Proficient in SAP PM & MM modules and root cause analysis tools.
Job Responsibilities:

Daily Maintenance Huddles and reports

Preventive maintenance Scheduling in execution in SAP

Reactive/Preventive and Predictive maintenance system and tools knowledge

Handling Shift & G Shift as per company requirement

MTFB /MTTR Downtime report generation
-
ISO Audit documentation
-
Driving Planned Maintenance pillar (TPM JIPM)
-
Electrical safety management system
-
Downtime with RCA and tracking action
-
Planning of critical spare part management -Equipment wise
-
Energy improvement project
-
Electrical Drawing/ PLC Drive software / SMP and calibration procedure management
-
Driving reliability centered maintenance in electrical and instrumentation department

Basic Utility knowledge -Chiller and air compressor
