Position: Quality Control Executive
Location: Mumbai
Criteria: B. E. / B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) with 1+ years of experience in Quality Control (Fresher can also apply)
Job Description:
•Understanding the customer drawings with tolerances
• Measuring the samples and goods produced using various tools
• Calculating weights from engineering drawings/models.
• Entering the data in the ERP
• Making and Sending Quotes to overseas customers
• Working with the Sales and Inquiry teams
• Corresponding with the customers
• Coordinating with the Suppliers
• Analyzing the customer complaints, root cause analysis, finding solutions to resolve the complaints.
