Reporting To: Global Senior Procurement Manager
Criteria: BE/Masters(Business, Procurement or Logistics) with 5+ Years of Experience into Procurement

Job Purpose:
-
Strategic sourcing of material to meet organizational targets of top line and bottom line.
-
To source new suppliers in our core categories of company / professional
products.

To follow up supplier’s development according to company needs.

To support Quality department to do the factory audits.
-
To be part of new product development and in-charge of all procurement aspect until 1rst order delivered.

To generate cost saving plans and develop strategy to reach yearly targets.

Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for sourcing in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia for defined products in alignment with Director Global Segment Lead

Receives and proposes savings project initiatives and coordinates execution with cross functional teams

Manages supplier portfolio for global company within the Sourcing region, including price and commercial term negotiation, supplier and product qualification support

Manages suppliers in a respective geographical region, deliver within or outside the region, and aligns supplier strategy with Director Global Segment Lead
-
Develops industry expertise and understanding of markets within sourcing region to support flexible supply and competitive Cost of Goods

Follows up quality issues with local teams, factories and coordinate or escalate with relevant departments
Additional Responsibilities:
-
Follow up quality issues with local teams, factories and coordinate with relevant departments (RTC, Quality, Sales etc)
-
Monitor the cost development of major raw materials and initiate price negotiation at threshold point.

Supervise with supply chain 1st order of new product, keep management alert on potential supply, IP issue, legal and regulation change
-
Build communication networks with overseas counter parts and Chinese partners to facilitate product information flow and create inner company efficiency in procurement
-
Improve supplier performance by supporting QA team to get 8D report for customer complaints.

Supplier evaluation and development based on audits.

Capacity enhancement for future readiness.

Supplier rationalization by closing the supplier which are not relevant to
business.
