Position: Sales Engineer (Inside Sales)
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: NSM/Head Operation
Criteria :- B.E./Diploma(Mechanical/Electrical/ Metallurgy) with 3+ Years of Experience in B2B Sales
Job Purpose:-

Responsible for supporting sales, coordinating sales activities, maintaining good customer relationships, order satisfaction, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, Handling administrative duties and promoting customer satisfaction.

Responsible to handle Direct Customers /Tenders -GEM /Online – Direct Customers -Offers/Payment and Negotiations
Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
-
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.

Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Achieving Sales Target/Sales budget and sale revenue collections.

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.

Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

Fulfillment of direct instructions of the management.
