Position: Sr. Sales Manager/ National Sales Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: General Manager
Criteria :- B.E./Diploma Chemical/Mechanical/B.Sc.(Chemistry) with 12+ Years of Experience in Sales of Engineering Adhesives.
Job Responsibility

Identify and analyze potential markets, industries, and clients in the B2B segment to establish business development opportunities in Adhesives business

Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, prospect new clients, and promote the company's products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target organizations to foster opportunities for business growth.

Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, establish thought leadership, and drive brand awareness and business development opportunities.

Mentor, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring team members meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to sales and business development activities.

Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Represent the company in negotiations and decision-making processes with clients, and other stakeholders as required.

Stay up-to-date with industry news and best practices related to business development and sales, using this information to drive innovation and optimize business outcomes.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation related to business development and sales activities, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and priorities.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape and market dynamics.
