Position: Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon/Bangalore
Reporting: GM-(Sales & Marketing)
Criteria: BBM/PGDBM/MBA(Marketing) with 2+ years of experience Sales and Marketing Of Building Material
Job Responsibility:

Prepare sales presentations

Visit project sites and follow –up visits

Responsible for initiating and making sales

Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels
-
Responsible for related after-sale activities.

Responsible to connect on architects (DSP, RSP, Mmoser, Morphogenesis, SWBI and Ultra-confidential etc.), leading Builders (DLF, EMAAR, Godrej, Supertech, Omaxeetc.), PMCs (CBRE, JLL, Colliers, C&W etc.), Plumbing Consultants and other concerned authorities.

Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.

Responsible for interaction with Mid to Top-level decision makers.
