Position: Assistant Manager- Sales
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Sector Head- Dubai & Director Head- India
Criteria: Any Graduate (Preferably- B.Sc or B.E/B.Tech) with 7+ years of experience in Technical Sales
Job Profile:- Would be responsible for Technical Sales and Business Development for Material handling product catering to the Port and Shipping Industry for the South/ West Location.
Responsibilities:
- Representing highly reputed, international suppliers
- Meet and connect with the end user-technical team and introduce the product line of New clients in Ports and Dredging company
- Cold calling & emailing company profiles to generate leads.
- Traveling to visit wide across India/Sri Lanka/Bangladesh.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers by making them understand our equipment and operation.
- Making technical presentations, reading engineering drawings, and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Managing and understanding customer requirements.
- Preparing client quotations.
- Negotiations with the clients for order closing.
- Offering after-sales support services
- Client database updating and management - Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Preparing reports for Line Manager as per applicable MIS.
- Follow up with the clients for payments.
- Meeting assigned sales targets
