Position: GM– Sales & Business Development

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting To: Director

Criteria: BE in Chemical/ Mechanical with Minimum 10+ Years Experience in Cryogenic / Industrial Gases

Responsibilities:

  • Spearheaded business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy.

  • Serve as a key member of the executive team that sets the company’s strategic direction.

  • Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management for sales and projects on case to case basis. 

  • Prospect and develop new clients.

  • Win early customers with limited support. 

  • Strong network and liasoning with EPC Companies, Consultants, Operating companies including Public Sector 

  • Extend full support for attending and coordinating for Pre & Post BID meetings 

  • Review of Tender Documents for ASU projects and preparation of BID Documents in compliance to Tender requirement. 

  • Manage overall relationship between Company, OEM and client. 

  • Prepare client proposals and presentations. 

  • Fully understand the equipment and services offered from Company’s Principal suppliers.

  • Build and manage sales and business development team
