Reporting To: Key Account Manager
Criteria: B.E/B.Tech with 8+ years of experience in Sales of sensors and related products

Job Description:
Role Emphasize

Develop and maintain customer relationships to maximize company product, sales, profitability and cross selling within assigned customer
Tasks
-
Strategic business development of target customers
-
Planning and development of sales channels
-
Development of services from the customer’s perspective
-
Decision documents for budget planning of customer strategy
-
Development of Key Account plans
-
Ensure Key Accounts SL increase in a healthy way, in line with company budget setting.

Identify, develop and maintain key customers in the assigned industry, encompassing end users and their respective project pipelines.

Make decisions on Pricing

75% on customer visits
Responsibilities
-
Take the lead on key OAU accounts and management in a strategy way
-
Develop and implement key account strategy and plan
-
Develop senior management business relationship

Regular Business Review meetings with national sales team

Define development targets for each of assigned key account
-
Drive marketing activities/initiatives at customer sites, such as new product introduction, training, seminar, in-house exhibitions
