Position: Design Engineer
Location: Navi-Mumbai
Reporting To: DGM – Solutions
Criteria: B.E.Electronics/Electrical with Min 3+ years of Experience in Power Electronic and Electrical products
Skills /Competencies required:
-
Awareness of standards required for Converter Design.
-
Basic Knowledge of Semiconductor devices and power converter.
-
IGBT, Diode/SCR and its driver circuit knowledge
-
Power loss calculation of power semiconductor devices
-
SAP Knowledge
-
Product development knowledge is preferable
Other Skills:
-
Understanding of Power Semiconductor components, IGBT, Diode, Thyristor
-
Understanding of single phase / 3 phase power calculations
-
Power Conversion topologies, Buck, boost, single / 3 phase rectifiers,Phase Inverter
-
Understanding / calculation of power losses within devices, selection of heatsink and cooling components.
-
Selection of passive components, DC bus capacitors, snubber design, bus bar calculation
Job Responsibilities:
-
Review the customer requirements and make a Design
-
Provide the RMC to Sales Product cost analysis
-
Maintaining the ISO document
-
Provide a manufacturing Document to Production department.

Technical support to sales /production /quality team
-
Reviewing Mechanical drawing
-
Standardization of Stacks
-
Making Test Criteria for newly design Stack
