Position: Sales Officer
Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/Kolkata
Reporting to: NKAM
Criteria: Any Graduate(MBA preferable) with 5+ Years of experience in Personal Care Division for Modern Trade Segment.
Job Profile:-
I. Strategic Responsibilities:

Responsible for End to End execution in stores for Visibility implementation, Promo Executions.

Candidate will be handling team of Promoters and Merchandisers for his respective geography.

Candidate should be adept in handling accounts like Tesco, Hyper city, Big Bazaar, Reliance.

Should be able to make the store level Relationship.

Doing Recruitment for New Position for BA’s & Promoters

Enroll large outlets for business and visit them as per PJP to drive sell out and sell in
-
Ensure share of shelf is maintained and at category level.

Ensure right merchandising tools are implemented
-
Monthly market intelligence report on category landscape.
II. Financial Responsibility:
-
Ensure billing to Key accounts as per agreed margins
