Position : Management Trainee | Assistant Manager
Location : Mumbai
Reporting:Functional Manager
Qualification & Experience:
· Candidate should be qualified Chartered Accountant 2022| 2023 passed out
· Well versed with Auditing and Accounting Standards
· He/she should have scored 75% and above throughout education
· Experience in Audit function would be an added advantage.
Other skills:
· Knowledge of advanced MS office - xls /PPT is a must
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good interpersonal skills and Team Management.
Job description:
Role : Quality Assurance and Back-office functions
· To ensure legal and Regulatory compliances are in order.
· Develop audit framework and automate the same using the best practices.
· To ensure all processes and compliance are in place for maintaining requisite internal control.
· First level audit of all types of transactions.
· Scrutinising, analysing & checking of monthly/quarterly/yearly pay-outs (interest, commission, repayments, etc)
· Fraud detection and controls.
· Identifying the defects and suggesting the controls for fixing the same.
