Position:  Manager Activation Customer 

Location: Navi Mumbai

Criteria: BE with MBA (Preferable) with 7+ Year of experience Marketing Operation

 Reporting to: - Director Customer Experience

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Organizing an event, coordination with different stake holders and across the regions - ease of communicating with Germany

  •  Maintenance of the facilities. Create Monthly reporting to Germany 

  •  Ease of presentation in front of different level of audience - Customers / suppliers / internal top management etc...

  • Co-ordinate with Project team & get the work done , amendment in the layout with necessary approvals as per site requirement.

  •  Manage Local & foreigner visits at the work place. Take care of total Hospitality starting from Welcome board till the valuable feedback ending with Thank you gift etc

  •  Have track of all customers/ visitors/ vendors & share feedback /suggestions further for improvements. Involved in planning to improve feedback for future customer visit.

  •  Co-ordination with Sales team to understand customer requirement & plan an event accordingly.

  • Taking care of building maintenance, PPM , contract renewal , Hotel booking for Inhouse guest /Visitors, Lunch arrangement, Conference room booking , Call management etc. 

  • Transfer Content flow and Design of ICD to region and adapt it to local needs (building size, structure, focus segments, Languages)

  •  Regional activation of visits with Guided, tailor made tours for all stakeholders  + Event hosting

  • Success-tracking

  • Sensory experience + future CX adaptability of content

  •  Strategically adapt messaging delivered on visits according to hot topics, PR releases, social media etc (i.e. analyse the marketing funnel)
