Position: Business Head- India & South East Asia
Location: Mumbai WFH
Reporting to: Managing Director- Asia
Criteria: Masters/ MBA (preferred) in Polymer Chemistry with 20+ years of experience into a similar field of FRP Composites.
Job Purpose:
The position will as the Head- of the India Entity, responsible for the Profit & Loss of the entity, Budgeting, and Target achieving thru Marketing, Sales and will lead the Sales, Marketing, purchase, and admin HR Managers in India. Market Development in targeted segments in the Composites Industry. Formulation of New Business Strategies, implementation, and execution of the same achieve targets.

Job Responsibilities:-
• P&L owner of company India entity with overall responsibilities.
• Build and enhance the brand position of the Company’s Composites (UPR & VER) Products with a view to increasing market share.
• Articulate a clear, concise, and detailed sales & marketing plan to meet the predetermined strategic goals of the Company’s Composite businesses.
• Identification of client business, development, and presentation of proposals for customized solutions.
• Making sales presentations to key decision makers, and thereby effectively selling the capabilities, credentials.
• Responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing accounts to full potential, generating maximum revenue and fulfil Gross Margin target.
• Monitor Projects for Execution with increased profit margins, Expansion in, namely CIPP, UGST, Wind, Button, Engg Stone, Anti-Corrosion UPR & VER in Major Customers, Government projects, thru Distribution Channel & Direct as well.
• Assume overall responsibility for all Company’s Profit & Loss Targets.
• Drive all strategic marketing and understand strategies to have impacts at all levels of the organization for the desired goals & profitability.
• Analyze market trends that may impact the business and recommend strategies that will assist in addressing these trends.
