Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai - WFH
Reporting to: Business Head
Criteria: B.Sc (Chemistry) with 8 + years of Experience in Business Development preferably from composite industry
Job Purpose:
-
Identify new markets and applications for composite material in the segment.
-
Promote company resin products and services in the appropriate market segment using back-selling techniques and networking.
-
Focusing on the entire value chain meaning: customers of our customers, legislation authorities, engineering firms etc
Job Responsibilities:-
-
Represent company for the End users, Engineering firms and OEM in the appropriate market segment, in order to develop projects leading to grow profitable business for company.

Identify new business opportunities and applications
-
Develop and maintain close relationship to stakeholders of the industry
-
Develop new business models
-
Pull marketing along the value chain
-
Develop strategic account plan from new prospect and transfer to Account Management
-
Ensure and update business intelligence for the market segment
-
Scan the needs for technical developments and propose to Business Management
-
Support account managers of our Composite Resins at their accounts with input from other members of the value chain to be the link between the customer and the end user
-
Together with the business manager and expertise manager represent our company at conferences and exhibitions related to the segment
-
Coordinate projects linked to back selling activity
