Designation:- Import and Export Executive
Location:- Mumbai
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Criteria: - Any Graduate with 5 Years of experience in import and Export, preferably in API/ Bulk Drugs/ Chemicals
Job Profile:-
• Ensuring timely shipment of materials
• Conducting exhaustive negotiations with buyers and suppliers
• Responsible for handling Imports shipping Operations
• Liaise with External Parties and Coordinate Shipments with Respective Factory/ Customer/Forwarder/ Carrier
• Coordinate with overseas customer.
• Co-ordination of regulatory affairs for export of API’s/Pharmaceuticals.
• Preparation of Import Export Documents
• Knowledge of L/ C Documentation for Import and Export
• Attend and monitor Regular Shipments Enquiries
• Timely Delivery and Clearances of Goods
• Follow up with CHA
• Follow up with consignee for the container
