Position:  Sr Executive/ Ast Manager Marketing

Location: Chennai and Delhi

Reporting to: Manager Technical

Criteria:  Graduate/ B.Sc. Chem/M.Sc. (Chem)/ MBA / BE / B. Tech Plastic & Rubber technology) with 3+ years of experience in Marketing

Job Purpose:

Meeting Sales Target, Acquiring new clients and doing sales from existing customers, maintaining healthy relations with the customers, ensure after sales support to the customer for EPDM, Silicone, Synthetic rubber, Butyl, Polychloroprene, NBR, Nylon etc. Product

Key Responsibility:

  • Visiting customers to know there requirements & Maintaining Relationship

  • Ensuring proper market mapping

  • Explaining product’s Technical aspects and usage at customers end

  • Costing & price approval from directors 

  • Understanding of Commercial Terms & Processes

  • New business development by searching new customers or adding new products to existing customers. 

  • Payment follow up with the customer

  • Mapping of customer organization (i.e. Key people in management, technical acts etc.)

  • Preparing forecast to ensure product availability. Sending quotations & converting them in to order

  • Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure timely supplies 

  • Regularly updating technical knowledge through learning from Tech manager 

  • Provide Samples to customers & ensure trials being conducted & feedback is received

  • Coordinate with Production team for production plan & forecasting 

  • Prepare monthly sales & visit plan
