Position:  HR Executive

Location:  Pune

Reporting - Director

Criteria: Any Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Human Resource

Job Purpose:

This position will be responsible for HR activities such as Recruitment, Induction, onboarding Employee Engagement, Leave Management, General Administration, etc.

Job Responsibility 

  • Recruitment, Interview scheduling, Coordinate with Recruitment Vendors.

  • Attendance & Payroll input for salary preparation

  • Preparation of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Appraisal letters, Relieving Orders, experience letters, etc.

  • New joiners Onboarding & Induction

  • Keeping track of Confirmation, probation

  • Time Office Management, upkeep attendance and leave records

  • Ensuring Statutory Compliance related to Factories Act.

  • Maintaining employee’s personal files and records.

  • Arranging company events (festivals, celebrations etc )

  • Conducting employee engagement sessions for all employees

  • General Administration           

  • HR MIS / MIS report generation
