Position: Finance Manager
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Director
Reportees: 2
Criteria: CA inter/ CA with 3+ Years of Experience or MBA ( Finance) with 9+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance .
Other Skill:
Result oriented, possess excellent written/verbal communication skill and must be good in computer proficiency.
Job Purpose
Responsible for finalization of accounts, MIS, banking, taxation, budgetary control, various statutory audits, designing internal control
Key Responsibility:
- Monthly closing, making provisions, general ledger scrutiny and generating necessary reports for MIS
- Assist in handling statutory audit for the company and ensuring satisfactory completion
- Ensuring monthly Reconciliation
- Financial reporting of respective site
- Budgeting, forecasting and cost control processes of respective site;
- Supervision of financial accounting of respective site
- Compliance with local financial, fiscal and legal laws, regulations and internal company procedures;
- Cost optimization proposals based on local financial analysis
- TDS /GST payment and return filling within the due dates.
- Active participation in audit and finalisation of audit
- Compiling and getting Tax audit done and preparation of documents for scrutiny
- Quarterly Preparation of Fixed Asset schedule
- Lead the Finance & Accounts team and effectively co-ordinate with the factory
