Position: Architectural Specification Manager (Sales driven role)
Location: Dehradun
Reporting to: Regional Commercial Manager – Arch.
Criteria:
-
B.E/ B.Tech and MBA with 4+ years of experience in building product industry with exposure in Specification & Sales.

Experience in an architectural/ building product sales role including all aspects of the sales cycle; prospecting of new clients, networking within industries, selling to specification and multiple steps sales processes.

Excellent approach to implement strategies of lead generation and c.
Job Purpose
To implement solution selling strategies for maximizing long term value creation by adopting the company's principles and framework to continuously improve customer experience, services and products and customer mix for sustainable growth of the Architectural Product market in the area.
Objectives
-
To implement strategies for providing best in the industry customer experience by driving Architectural sales and product specifications with architects, interior designers, builders, fabricators, hotel contractors, specifiers and project management consultants that creates strong customer relationships and provides a competitive advantage for the company.

Maximize long term profitability by meeting sales targets consistently, value selling, product and customer optimization.

To meet and generate demand for the interior as well as exterior products through interior designers, interior architects, exterior architects, technical consultants, Aluminium cladders, processors, real estate developers and others in the value chain of business.

Strive to achieve 100% compliance by implementing companies guiding principles and active implementation of the Code of Conduct and commercial sales related policies.

Seek and use sound knowledge of Company’s product portfolio and recommend new developments as demanded by the market
Principal accountabilities

To provide solutions to all the influencers architects that drive value for proposal.

Responsible for specification and sales of Architectural product sales through Architects (interior & exterior both), consultants, contractors and builders.

To implement specification strategy for coated and other interior products.

Strive to build superior confidence on the brand with government agencies, green councils other certification bodies and architectures engaged in promoting related products.

Implement technical sales, solution selling and will be accountable for executing the plan and exceeding specification targets of related products.

Maintain and update project details in CRM
-
Manage all aspects of architectural sales role from lead generation to financial closure.
