Job Position: Maintenance Technician Instrumentation
Location: Manda- Jaipur
Reporting to :- Factory Manager
Criteria: Diploma (Electrical/ Instrumentation) with 2+ Years of Experience in Manufacturing Sector
Job Description:
- To maintain and monitor the list of all machineries, utility and safety equipment’s.
- Prepare the preventive maintenance schedule of all electrical & mechanical equipment’s and its compliance with documentary proof.
- Prepare the list of critical equipment’s and critical spares and maintain the inventory norms to avoid any loss in Production due to non-availability of spares.
- Ensure periodic and timely calibration of all measuring equipment in the factory.
- To ensure all engineering controls & safety precautions are in place to avoid any accident.
- To strictly follow the systems & procedure as per ISO 9001, 14001& 45001.
- Conversant with various PLCs, SCADA, HMI, VFD, power circuits
- Engineering knowledge on electrical equipment like HT/LT circuits, motors,
