Position: AGM / DGM – Design
Location: Kolkata
Reporting to :- VP- Design
Criteria:
B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical or Chemical) with 8+ years of experience in Design, Engineering and Commissioning from similar Industry
Technical Skill
- Proficient in AutoCAD and (or) 3D design tool
- Design, engineering and commissioning of -
- Water treatment (Raw / Waste water) plant in steel industry
- Technological plants in steel industry
Job Profile:- Responsible for the Designing, Engineering & Commissioning of water treatment plant in the steel sector.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in Fluids Systems (cooling water, water treatment plants, industrial gases, mineral oils, steam etc ) related to steel industry.
- Basic engineering development – Flow sheets, P&IDs, Sizing calculations, specifications of fluids systems/equipment/components
- Estimation of fluids equipment related to the steel industry
- Prepare plant layout and Piping Layout for Steel plants
- Detail Engineering of Fluids Systems including Piping and BOM generation
- Selection and Procurement of Fluids Equipment/components / Systems
- Conversant with relevant Design Standards / Codes
