Position: Maintenance Executive (Instrumentation)
Department: Operations
Location: Manda, Jaipur
Reporting To: Factory Manager
Criteria: BE/ B Tech Instrumentation with 3+ years of experience in specialty chemicals/construction chemicals / Paints or any Manufacturing unit
Technical Skill:-
-
Knowledge of PLC required.
-
Conversant with various PLCs, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and power circuits
-
Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatics
-
Engineering knowledge of electrical equipment like HT/LT circuits, motors, starters, MCCs, etc.
-
Good IT skills
Job Responsibility:
-
To maintain and monitor the list of all machinery, utility, and safety equipment.
-
Prepare the preventive maintenance schedule of all electrical & instrumentation equipment and its compliance with documentary proof.
-
Prepare the list of critical equipment and critical spares and maintain the inventory norms to avoid any loss in Production due to the non-availability of spares.
-
Ensure periodic and timely calibration of all measuring equipment in the factory.

To ensure all engineering controls & safety precautions are in place to avoid any accident.
-
To strictly follow the systems & procedures as per ISO 9001, 14001& 45001.
-
Responsible for the Implementation of 5’S and OEE in his area.

Incident reporting & RCA.
-
Familiar with the work permit system and have a stronghold to use permits on the job.

Interdepartmental Co-ordination.
-
Supporting in the execution of Improvement CAPEX jobs and other new Projects. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
