Position: Regional Sales Manager – South and North
Location: Mumbai (India Head Office)
Reporting to: Sales Director
Reportee: 4
Criteria: BSc/ Dip / BE –Mechanical, MBA preferred, having min 7 yrs experience in Sales and Key Account Management in the Material Handling segment or mechanical & other machinery or related products
Wire rope application knowledge in the crane/ heavy lifting industry
Responsibilities:
· Achieve personal & the team's sales targets assigned by the company.
· Acquire new clients for the company.
· Achieve the collections target set by the company.
· Train & develop the sales team assigned.
· Take regular updates from Reporters & set SOPs for them.
· Suggest ideas & strategies improve business development.
· Retain clients who are planning to leave & also reactivate dormant clients.
· Strive for client satisfaction & years for positive feedback.
· Hire Application & Sales Engineers by the leveraging personal network.-
