About Client: A Leading Mechanical / Industrial Engineering Company

This is for a new greenfield project plant at Patalganga.
This position is on an annually renewable contract, and confirmation on the company role is subjective to the candidate's performance, once the plant is in full scale up
Position: Process Planning Engineer
Department: M/C Shop
Location: Patalganga Location
Criteria: B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Production with 6+ years of Experience
Job Responsibility:
- Having on- hand experience on CNC lathe/VMC/HMC/HBM/Conventional lathe
- machine in steel product discrete manufacturing.
- Work experience in handling the machining of heavy manufacturing products.
- To study drawings, create of detailed process sheet with all machining parameters, tool list, fixtures etc.
- Calculate & document the total cycle time of each & every operation, the total cycle time for the finished product.
- To monitor actual vs standard cycle time for each product.
- To improve productivity, efficiency, and utilization of the machines & manpower available.
- Co-Ordinate with Departments like Planning, Quality, Store, Purchase etc.
- Have the knowledge of 5s, Kaizen, safety, ISO etc.
- Work On NCC Analysis, new Process Development, productivity improvement ,etc .______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
