This is for a new greenfield project plant at Patalganga.
This position is on an annually renewable contract, and confirmation on the company role is subjective to the candidate's performance, once the plant is in full scale up
Position: Shift In Charge
Department: M/C Shop
Location: Patalganga Location
Criteria: B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical /Production with 4+ years of experience
Job Responsibility:
- Having on hand experience with CNC lathe/VMC/HMC/HBM/Conventional lathe machines in steel product discrete manufacturing.
- Working Co-Ordinate Calculation & Programming of CNC Machines
- Selection of Tools and Insert
- To plan and allocate work to workmen
- To plan and see that the raw material required is available.
- To meet weekly / monthly production targets as per the plan
- To produce material with the prescribed quality
- To monitor all production-related activities.
- To improve productivity, efficiency, and utilization of the manpower available
- Co-Ordinate with Departments like Planning, Quality, Store, Purchase, etc.
- Ability to handle shifts individually.
- Have knowledge of 5s, Kaizen, safety, ISO, etc.
- Work On NCC Analysis, Process Development, etc.
