  Position: Assistant Manager - Sales

  Location:  Navi Mumbai

  Reporting To: Business Manager

  Criteria: B.Pharm/M.Pharm, with 5+ years of experience of Sales in Pharma Segment

 Skill:

  •    Knowledge of Sales Process, Specifically in Project related business Domain

  •    Knowledge of MS office

 Job Responsibility:

  • Achieve the sales target

  • Ensure growth in sales as per agreed budgets

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.

  • Prospecting to acquire new projects.

  • Gather market information, including latest information on existing & future customers

  • Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.

  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

  •  Execute business plan for Drug Delivery System (DDS ) segment in India

  • Understand needs of the Indian Pharma & Biopharma market and how DDS technologies can most effectively be leveraged.

  • Carrying out market analysis for identifying new business opportunities.

  •  Engage clients at senior commercial & technical level and maintain key stakeholder relationship throughout.

  • Ability to work in cross functional teams within the company.

  •  Keep track of competition activities

  • Seek support on order receipt, communication to client on delivery time lines ,shipping documents, sales & pending delivery updates

  • To get required support & input to provide necessary details to clients during project stage. Influence to decide market strategy & business plan.

  •  Sales generation, networking, push product & services.

  • Achieving sales budget as defined in objectives

  • Analysis report on Market synthesis , delivery route, products opportunity(if any) ,conclusion
