Criteria: B.Com/M.Com with MBA / PGDBA in Sales and Marketing with 2+ years of Experience in Order Management, Order Executive
Technical Skillset: Advance Excel knowledge
SAP SD module knowledge

Well organized in creating MIS records, reports, updates, and arranging Meetings. Well conversant in all forms of communications, making strategic offers, contracts, AMC contracts, filling Government / PUC tenders and all other company tenders.

Experience in meeting Sales Goals, Company Goals, developing healthy business relationships, well coordination with both internal and external customers as well as Vendors.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing cost elements direct & indirect.

Knowledge of INCO terms 2000, payment terms like LC, CAD, proforma invoice & basic knowledge of local & import taxation
Job Profile:
1. In-depth Knowledge of SAP for Sales, Accounts, Purchase, and Logistics applications. Knowledge of Ms-Office.
2. Knowledge of working on Product Business, Project Business for sales, and commercial portfolio. Knowledge of International Sales. Knowledge of local and import/export taxation.
3. Knowledge of Production Management and Distribution management.
4. Knowledge of payment collection, Revenue improvement.
5. Project /product order scheduling. Knowledge of risk management in business.
6. Expertise in creating different MIS Sales Reports, Logistic Reports, and Specific combination reports in SAP as well as in Advance Excel and creating Sales presentations, Hit Rate analysis, Maintain Enquiry records, and Sales records.
7. Attending Customer Meetings, Sales Meetings, Company Department Meetings.
8. Effective customer correspondence. Follow-ups.
9. Good at Estimation sheets, Timely submission of offers, processing Sales Orders, and coordination for timely completion of orders. Knowledge of submission of Government, PSU as well as Public Ltd. Company Tenders, attend reverse auction.
10. Positive, analytical, and in an innovative approach to work.
11. Prepare Sales Audit documents, and presentations, Attend Audit
