Position: Production Officer
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: Production Manager
Criteria: Bsc or Msc Graduates with 1+ years of experience in Production.
Job Purpose: This position would be responsible for providing the necessary support to the production team.
Job Responsibility:

To check vacuum receiver conditions.
-
To check ETP plant parameters and ensure etp area cleaning.
-
To check water ejector ph and accordingly adjust it
-
Ensuring availability of RM/PM as per production plan.
-
Trouble shooting during batch process.
-
Responsible for proper usage of Raw material and packing material as per design requirement
-
Responsible for quality and yield of the Finish Product.
-
Batch variance analysis. Manpower management during shift.
-
Coordination with maintenance department for attending break down during shift.
-
Ensuring safety aspects.
-
Knowledge of using the internet, Email, word, and excel knowledge required.
-
To check final material stock and cuts stock from all reactors.
-
Checking of the log sheets and tracking production line in a shift as per production plan.
-
Smooth operation of the plant during shift hrs.
