Position: Sales and Marketing Associate

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Sales Manager 

Criteria: Bsc or B tech Graduates with 1+ year of experience in Sales Support

Job Purpose:

This position would be responsible for providing the necessary support to the sales team. The candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information. 

Job Responsibility:

  • Replying to emails and following up on inquiries.

  • Relation development with customers, act as a single point of contact for clients from inquiry to dispatch.

  • Technical document preparations.

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.

  • Preparing various documents like Performa Invoice,

  • Shipping instruction and annexure, packing list against ready goods.

  • Working in ERP.
