Position: Sr. Manager/ Manager Finance Controller
Department: Performance Controlling
Location: Kolkata
Criteria: B.com with 2+ years of experience in MIS
Responsibilities:
- Preparation & analysis of reports required by Management (for Budgets, Forecasts vs. Actual on KPIs like Order Intake, Revenue, Profit, Cash)
- Finalization of India rolling forecasts for 8 Business units and reporting to HQ (UK)
- SG&A Budget preparation & Monitoring of Actual vs. Budget
- Participation in Country Calls & Segment calls with Headquarter (UK) for Performance analysis of Country India
- Preparation of Service Rate cards (Internal and Delegation of employees)
- Preparation for India's top management reviews
- General Ledger scrutiny and Cost center monitoring
- Month-end activities (Journal vouchers for cost transfer, allocation, the rectification of errors)
- Analysis of utilization of 500+ resources for projects
