Position: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: BDM

Criteria: Any Graduate with 1+ years of experience in Sales. 

Job Description-

  • Understanding the products and services offered by the company.  

  • Provide information of Products / Services / Offers to customers.

  • Handling inbound calls & outbound calls

  • Understand customer need

  • Solve customers’ queries over the phone

  • Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.  

  • Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches also Sell them the online solutions  

  • Updating the database/CRM with all the customer's information.  

  • Ensuring the customers are satisfied by the services provided to them.  

  • Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.  

  • Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.  

  • Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.  

  • Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the GM/BDM.  

  • Providing excellent customer service to the customers.  

  • Answering customers' questions in regards to products and services.  

  • Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.  

  • Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.  

  • Planning and preparing presentations

Key Result Area:

  • Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification

  • Reaching out to new customers and making pitches over the telephone outlining the benefits of product/ services.

  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs

  • Maintaining relationships with all potential clients

  • Ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients

  • Be aware of company policies

Skills / Qualification / Abilities: 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.  

  • Outstanding ability to follow scripts.  

  • Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.  

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks. 

  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
