Position: Sales & Marketing Head
Reporting to: CEO
Locations: Mumbai
Criteria: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required (MBA preferred) with 10+ years’ experience in field sales
Job Description-
-
Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients
-
Create and advertise weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
-
Prepare sales reports and sign off on their accuracy before submitting them
-
To Identify marketing / business opportunities on the basis of consumer requirements; competitors share, and competitors’ strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections
-
Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as our company grows
-
Willing to travel extensively.

Languages would be an added advantage.

Should be a team player and develop a team who can work aggressively on achieving required targets.
Key Result Area:
-
Establishes a system for proactively establishing annual strategic plan with specific goals, strategies, audiences, tactics and measurement for positioning the products
-
Prepare overall marketing strategy and Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing (Online & Offline)

Meets with new business prospects to determine marketing communication needs.
-
Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment.

Aligns the sales organizations objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.

Effective sales operating process control mechanism at all Sales Branches & Regions, network.

Leads learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization and provides stewardship of sales and sales management talent.

Establishes and governs the sales organizations performance management system. This includes establishing guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance, establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures for all sales jobs

Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Presentation of Sales Achievements and Plan for Next Week/ Month / Quarter of self as well as team members

Must be open for updating skills via Books, Videos and/or Audios
Skills / Qualification / Abilities:

Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Database management skills needed
-
Professional in both demeanour and appearance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project management and time management skills needed
-
Strong relationship management skills needed
-
Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
-
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
