Position: Business Development Executive
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Locations: Mumbai
Criteria: Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience as a sales officer/executive
Job Description:
-
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
-
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
-
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
-
Follow up on new leads, identify new sales prospects and contact them.
-
Maintain client relationships & Ensure that customer queries are handled.
-
Lead generation, follow-up (internal and external)
-
Has to do sales forecasting
-
Presentations to new clients
-
Has to maintain daily report
-
Aggressively achieving the sales target
-
Collections from the clients
-
Market mapping & competition tracking on a regular basis
-
Planning and preparing presentations
Key Result Area:

Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification

Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.

Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs

Maintaining relationships with all potential clients
-
Ensuring proper servicing and after-sales support to clients
-
Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence

Be aware of company policies, which affect the sales department
