Position: Sr Key Account Manager
Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai
Reporting To: Sales Head
Criteria: Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience in B2B Account Management of industries such as Facility Management, Courier.
Job Description:

Key Account Management, Feedback & References
-
Once a customer has gone live, do account mapping and set a plan to acquire more business from the customer in terms of new verticals, additional geographies and additional products.

Conduct regular meetings with the customer and solve issues if any.
-
Maintain client master data and keep it updated with latest product addition and changes if any and keep tech team also in loop for the same
-
Take regular feedback and get testimonials from the customer and prepare case studies
-
Take references from the customer and share with the team for further prospecting.

Timely and well-presented Customer review meets (strategic level) as decided by Management
-
Handle one off offline enquiries of the customer
-
Meet prospective customers and identify influencers, users, decision makers, detractors within different departments of the company.

Responsible for on time collections from customers
-
Ensure invoices have been received and put in process
-
Solve problems around incorrect billing, deductions etc on priority
-
Responsible for sending timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management
