Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: HR Manager
Criteria: Any Graduate in HR with 2+ years of experience in Human resource functions handling recruitments at all levels
Job Description:
-
Responsible for making and updating JD's for all positions(Old/New)

Post open positions on various job portals, update internal job opening document and roll out internally for references
-
Sourcing niche profiles on job portals as per the requirement and screen as per the criteria
-
Share assignment with shortlisted candidates and forward them to respective stakeholders for further shortlisting
-
Lineup candidates for further rounds with Reporting Manager followed by CEO round
-
Maintain candidate database and update on real-time
