Position: Deputy Manager- Procurement

Location: Mumbai 

Criteria: Any graduate with 6+ years of experience into procurement from Chemical Sector


Job Purpose:

The incumbent is responsible for sourcing all materials as well as all the items required for day to day Plant function. The incumbent will be involved in planning, coordinating, implementing and improving the procurement system

Job Responsibility:    

  • Preparing Purchase Orders in Ramco system.

  • Vendor Development and cost reduction.

  • Negotiation

  • Follow-up for dispatches.

  • Follow-up for receipts.

  • Handling the customers in case of any issue with the purchase item.

  • Inventory Management

  • Control for Purchase Orders from start to finish.

  • Stock availability details.

  • Payment follow-up.

  • Coordinate and follow-up with the factory for GRN, Invoice and QC approval.

  • Floating RFQ’s
