Job Position: Customer Service Executive.
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Sr Manager
Criteria: Any Graduate with 4 + years of Experience in Customer Service.
Job Purpose:
This position has the responsibility to provide customer service support to the customers assigned in the region, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, ensure all Sales Orders are timely and accurately uploaded in the system and executed by Operations on a timely basis.
Job Responsibility:

Assist Sales Team for executing Customer Orders
-
Create Invoice, Purchase Order, Deliveries in SAP system
-
Co-ordination with Warehouse, Transporters, Customers for Deliveries

Payment Follow-up with Customers
-
Maintaining Records of Receivable Payments from Customers.

Supplier follow-ups for receipt of Materials
-
Proficient with Excel (especially V Lookup & Pivot Table functions), Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.
