Position:  Zonal Manager

Department:  Sales

Location:  Mumbai

Criteria:

Any Graduate with 4+ Years of Experience handling Pharma/FMCG Distributors.   

Job Responsibility:

1.Determine the size of the market, entry strategy, market focus & planning such as sales, marketing, competition, awareness, branding for the assigned region. 

2. Requirement of sales personnel who can help us to develop distributors/supplies/partners for the purpose of primary sales for the focused target segments. 

3. To develop proper market understanding for the focused segments & Connecting with the distributors on regular basis to understand the know- how about the product and helping them make necessary secondary sales & get placed in the retail line. 

4. Helping the distributors and retailers with marketing materials as & when necessary. 

5. Work out on the go-to market strategies as per the market requirement. 

6. Drive long term customer success acquisitions & retention.
