Position  :  Manager-  Treasury

Location  :  Navi Mumbai

Reporting to :  Treasury Head

Criteria :   Graduate preferably in Finance with 8-10 years’ work experience to handle  treasury , trade finance and insurance function

Soft Skills :  Analytical and problem-solving skills, planning, negotiation and multitasking

Technical skills :

Very good knowledge  of Ms-Office , working knowledge of SAP and willingness to adapt on other company specific tools.

Responsibilities

Treasury Role

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal (business divisions) and external stakeholders (banks and HQ) .
  • Should have strong experience in Hedging (primarily forwards)
  • Will be responsible for Forex Management. Reporting of monthly MTM to the accounts team and offering them support for all FX payments.  Working on all certification issues w r t banking matters
  • Will be responsible for liquidity management with the existing banks – lines are already set up with foreign banks
  • Knowledge of IDPMS and EDPMS issues and should have tackled this.
  • Will be responsible for interacting with Bank and Banking systems for all operational matters
  • Liaise daily with external (banks) and internal (business divisions) entities that are part of the transaction processing
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines ;  and assist in regulatory and financial inspections and audits
  • Co-ordination/ Liaison with banks for banking transactions.
  • Working knowledge of Handling Letter of credit / Bank Guarantee as a standby to the person handling it.

Global Treasury Operations

  •  Actively work with an existing resource on Global treasury operations. –
  • Preparation of month end valuations for global entities.
  • Maintain bank account details of client entities.
  • Keeping track of daily FX transaction approvals and daily EMIR / DTCC reporting.
  • Maintain Hedge accounting details of client entities
  • Monthly Quarterly and Year end reporting

 Insurance Activity

  • Conduct thorough analysis of Insurance Policy Portfolio with inputs from projects team and broker to verify adequate coverage and negotiate best of rates from underwriters
  • Coordinating with the projects team, brokers and underwriting team to get renewal of insurance policies done on time
  • Engaging with insurance companies/ brokers and coordinating with the projects/business teams to enable settlement of claims
  • Report achievement vis-a-vis plan on periodic basis to management team. Maintain MIS on key performance indicators

Trade Finance (LC/BG)

  • Working knowledge of LCs/BGs to be a standby to the person handling the same
