Position : Executive - Colour Matching
Location : Mangalore
Reporting to : Dy Manager
Criteria:
- Candidates with B tech/ M Tech in polymer science / Chemical engineering MSc. / Diploma in Surface Coatings with working experience of min 3- 5 years’ experience in automotive coating development
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Automotive Coatings ingredients and formulation technology
Objective: To develop new colors as per the marketing and customer requirement to suit customer line condition within specified timeline and target prize
Main Task:
- Works on development of new colors as per the color development request.
- To develop colors for 4-Wheeler and 2- Wheeler customers.
- To follow the lean process
- Develop innovative colors for color library /color bank.
- Follows safe work practices in line with Company requirements
- To achieve the cost optimization target of existing Products.
- Maintains all records / documents / reports as per the requirements.
- Maintain 5S in working and work-related areas
